Happy Hashtagging

Are you keeping up with the top trends?
 Running out of hashtag ideas?
 Stuck on relatable words?
Bet you didn't know that there are tools you can use
to help you determine what is trending, what is related, and what is on the rise!
There's many reliable search engines you can easy that cost a pretty penny
HOWEVER, I love being frugal and saving savvy, so I am going to refer to you
three FREE databases you can utilize on your search for CLEVER KEYWORDS : )
This database is FREE and super easy to use. After creating a login, you can search any term you want and it will give you hundreds of relateable words. KeywordDiscovery will also seek out keywords from a document you have written and uploaded. Don't have a specific term? This database will tell you the top trending keywords by industry.
EXAMPLE:
Choose your Industry > Health
Choose a subcategory > Nutrition
The resulted Top Searches are:
 Diets, Atkin Diet, Calorie Counter, Diet, herbs, and Nutrition Facts
Google Trends is associated with Google Search (obviously) and shows you how
often a particular search term is entered in regards to the total search volume across
different regions of the world and different languages.
EXAMPLE:
Right now "North Carolina, Charlotte Fire" is trending.
After clicking on this topic, I can now see the Articles reporting on
this topic, what days the interest spiked, and keywords
relating to the topic "map of north Carolina, charlotte fire, North Carolina"
WordStream is a great database to help you determine
Long-tail phrases related to your keyword. On the landing page,
you can enter a keyword and WordStream will give you the
top search variations and the relative frequency.
EXAMPLE:
Keyword > Nutrition
Top Variations> Vitamins & Nutrition, Vitamins Nutrition,
Supplements Nutrition and Nutrition Health
 LAST BUT NOT LEAST,
Because it's the BEST SOURCE EVER

4. Hashtagify.Me
This site is SUPER SIMPLE and very very handy. All you have to do is type
in a topic in the top right search bar and a spider web will appear with
the top relatable words. The thicker the line is connecting the two bubbles, the higher the connection/correlation between the two words. 
 EX: Fitness > health, workout, diet, fit, gym


Using these websites will help you create relatable and relevant hashtags and keyword add-ons to your instagram/blog/twitter/etc. posts. The suggested search terms on these site will aid in your pay-per-click ads and improve your search engine optimization

Little Effort, Lots of Food

 
Breakfast
Omelet with "Toast"
 
Omelet
Cook 1 Egg + 2 Egg Whites
1/2 Avocado & Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chilies  on Top
 
 
Danielle Walker's Against All Grain
World Famous Paleo Sandwich Bread:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Smooth Cashew Butter
(mine was homemade, THANKS MOM!)
4 Large Eggs
2tbsp Honey
 (Opt out if you do not want a sweet bread)
2.5tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4c Almond Milk
1/4c Bobs Red Mill Coconut Flour
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp sea salt
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and grease
an 8.5 x 4.5 bread loaf pan
2. Separate Egg yolks from Egg whites in separate bowl
3. Beat egg yolks, cashew butter, honey, vinegar
and milk using mixer.
4. Beat egg whites in separate bowl until peaks form
 (I used a food processor)
5. Add dry ingredients to cashew mixture until combined
6. Add egg whites to mixture and beat until fully mixed
7. Pour mixture into pan and IMMEDIATELY place in oven
for 45-50 minutes
 
 
Lunch
 
Coconut Crusted Salmon Salad
Coconut Protein Shake
 
Shake:
Spinach
Shredded Coconut
Frozen Peaches
 
Salad:
Lettuce
Carrots
Blueberries
Coconut Crusted Salmon
Apple Cider Vinegar (as dressing)
 
**Coat salmon in shredded coconut and cinnamon.
** Grill on greased George Foreman grill
 
 
Dinner
 
Apple Chorizo Bake
Steamed Broccoli & Dinner "Roll"
 
Apple Chorizo Bake
4-5 Large Sausages
Chopped Sweet Potatoes
Chopped Apples
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
2tbsp Olive Oil
Thyme / Salt / Pepper
 
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a bowl, coat sweet potatoes and apples with garlic,
oil, and seasonings
3. Place mixture in oven-safe casserole dish
and bake for 20 minutes
4. Take mixture out of oven and top with Sausages (can be frozen)
5. Bake for another 25-30 minutes,
until sausage is fully cooked
 
Dinner "Roll"
