Ingredients:
1 large avocado
1/2tbsp Minced Garlic
2tbsp Lemon Juice
2tbsp Original Light Almond Milk (unflavored)
1tsp Pepper & Salt
1tbsp Basil
10 oz of Zoodles
Combine all ingredients (minus zoodles) into a food processor
THATS IT! : )
I split mine into 5 separate meals.
2 oz Zoodles with 1 oz of Avocado Sauce along
side the Chicken Enchiladas I pre made on Friday,
for a whopping 200 calorie lunch!
