Sugar Free Granola Bars


Ingredients:
3/4C Oats
1/4C Sunflower Seeds
1/4C Dried Cranberries (finely chopped)
3/4C Pitted Dates
1C Water
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tbsp Cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 
2. Cover 9inch baking dish with parchment paper
3. Blend oats into flour form. Pour into large bowl


4. Place dates and water into blender, let soak for 30 minutes. Blend until smooth consistency 



5. Add to large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. 
6. Use a spatula to spread mixture into the baking dish


7. Bake for 20 minutes
8. Let sit for 5 minutes, cut into bars (mine made 12), and freeze to preserve freshness :)
