Beginner moves to target
the booty and leg muscles!
Took Mama to the gym with me to help
her target her trouble areas.
Legs, booty, calves…basically overall lower body!
The workout we completed:
3 SETS OF EVERYTHING
10 barbell squats
10 narrow barbell squats
10 deadlifts
10 (each leg) alternating lunge
20 calf raises
10 sumo squats on tippy toes
